The **Endeavor Data Champions Program** is a transformative initiative designed to empower Endeavor staff with the technical and strategic skills needed to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. Evolving from the Salesforce Champions program, this initiative provides hands-on training in data intelligence, governance, and performance insights, equipping participants with expertise in platforms like Salesforce, Affinity, Tableau, Endeavor One & Snowflake.

We're committed to building a more product/data-minded and technically enabled staff worldwide. Through bi-weekly virtual sessions, in-person training at San Francisco, and access innovative AI tools, Champions will hone their data visualization & analysis skillsets. Ultimately, Data Champions play a pivotal role in shaping Endeavor’s data strategy and fostering a culture of operational excellence worldwide.

This beginner-friendly course is designed for non-technical, digitally fluent staff at Endeavor. It provides a comprehensive introduction to artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and practical skills for using AI tools effectively and responsibly in the workplace. Learners will explore foundational AI terminology, learn how to craft effective prompts for AI (prompt engineering), understand the difference between structured AI workflows and autonomous agents, and review guidelines for responsible AI use (with an emphasis on data privacy and safety). The course includes interactive elements such as reflection prompts, quizzes, hands-on exercises, and concludes with a final assessment. By the end, learners should feel confident understanding AI’s role in their work and using AI tools ethically and productively.
